Any worthwhile journey always starts with the first step. We are still in the very early stage of the program and as seen below, we've started to garner some momentum. It is still quite early to pass judgement on the effectiveness of the program. Stay focused and keep in mind, it's not all about losing weight but starting healthy habits to live better. Stay tuned as we shift gears soon. Stage I: Pre-contemplation: You don’t exercise, nor do you have any plans to exercise in the near future. You are making excuses and continue to rationalize i. e. busy at work, it is in my genes, “ I work night shifts”, “my hormones are mess up”, I am okay.“my husband cooks all the time” etc.
